Wayne Wadley – President, CEO and Director
Wayne Wadley has been a businessman and entrepreneur for over 25 years. Mr. Wadley has been involved in a number of businesses and understands the financial needs and challenges faced by business. He is the founding Chief Executive Officer and Director of the TSX listed GEOCAN Energy Inc. that currently has a market capitalization in excess of $116,000,000. Mr. Wadley is also owner of the founding a number of other private enterprises. His area of expertise has been mainly in developing and growing successful organizations within the oil production and rental industries.

Ken Stephens – Chief Financial Officer and Director
Mr. Stephens received his Chartered Accountant designation in 1977. Currently an assurance partner in a Calgary public accounting firm providing consulting and assurance services to small and medium sized businesses, both private and public.

Mr. John Koop – Director
Mr. Koop received his Certified Management Accountant (CMA) designation in 1961. From 1961 through 1969 he worked with Canadian Petro Fina Ltd., a subsidiary of a major Belgian oil company, as manager of joint venture and fixed asset accounting. From 1969 to 1982 he worked with Dome Petroleum Ltd. As manager of budgets and short term forecasting where he developed plans which governed activities for the coming year. From 1982 through to the present, Mr. Koop has provided accounting and management support to small businesses.

Gary Layden, Director
Mr. Layden began his career as co-founder of Bomega Manufacturing Ltd. In 1978, a company which specialized in designing, welding and manufacturing equipment. Bomega manufactured asphalt plant and gravel crushing plant equipment. Bomega started in a rented ship in Red Deer with two rented welding machines and only one employee. By mid 1979 Bomega had 25 employees with sales of over $250,000 per moth. As the business grew, Mr. Layden’s responsibilities grew and included overseeing sales staff, manufacturing foremen, inventory and accounting personnel.

In December 1996, Bomega was purchased by Badger Daylighting Inc. (a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company) and Mr. Layden was appointed Vice-President of Manufacturing. Mr. Layden was also appointed to the board of Badger Daylighting in the spring of 1997. Mr. Layden became a consultant to various start up and small businesses after helping Bomega and Badger Daylighting complete the transition from a private to public company by spring of 1999 when he retired from the Badger board.
